Eva ★★★★★

I've read a lot of dog behavior books and this one actually explains why punishment backfires instead of just telling you to avoid it. The standard edition is well put together too, no flimsy binding. My rescue's leash reactivity has already calmed down a notch after two weeks.

Timothy ★★★☆☆

The training philosophy in here is solid and gave me a few new ways to think about my dog's behavior. That said, it's a dense read and some chapters repeat the same point more than once. Worth it if you stick with it, but it took me a while to get through.
